A localização deste apartamento não poderia ser mais conveniente na marina de Vilamoura a apenas 5 minutos a pé da praia. O apartamento duplex de 3 quartos é no 1º andar do Marina Parque. Foi mobilado e decorado em estilo moderno. A sua cozinha estilo americana está totalmente equipada e bem iluminada. A sala de estar tem um sofá chaise longue, com saída para a varanda com vista marina lateral. Na sala de jantar tem mesa e lugar para 8 pessoas.
Todo o apartamento tem vidros duplos e os três quartos são com vista para o jardim e desta forma os hóspedes podem relaxar e aproveitar as suas férias sem o barulho das noites agitadas de Agosto. Na marina que é uma das maiores da Europa, há muitos restaurantes e bares internacionais onde poderá desfrutar de uma bebida e apreciar o pôr do sol e a chegada dos yatchs na marina.

"Location and apartment were great. Would have been perfect if certain supplies were provided e.g. dishwashing and laundry detergent. We also had an issue with the ironing board. Otherwise, everything was great and staff were lovely and responsive. Thank you. "

"Is a spacious apartment that easily hosts six adults, the apartment is very bright. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms look new and fresh. The apartment is very close tho the harbour and night live, but just far enough for quite nights. There are a lot of small narrow stairs for getting in and out and around in the apartment, which might be a problem for elders or people with reduced mobility. The place is hosted by "Clever Details", who are very friendly and responsive (replaced the malfunctioning dishwasher within a few hours)."

Only criticism would be regarding very uncomfortable outdoor furniture and lack of cushioned seating area on Balcony, along with minimal comfortable seating inside, insufficient for larger parties. I would still however thoroughly recommend this apartment."

"4th time in this block, but first in this apartment. Perfect location and facilities for our stay. Would benefit from a safe, and worth noting only a small amount of outside space compared to the others in Marina Parque. Would still use again if prices stay fair. Great service by Clever Details staff throughout our stay, thank you."

"I would like to bring your attention to some things that could be improved to make clients more happy with this property: - there is something wrong with ground slope in the second floor shower cabin. The water can easily can flow out from the bathroom on the stairwell if you are not careful. Something must be done to prevent water going out of the shower cabin. - there is no problem to take out trash but spare trash bags will be very welcome - also spare washer fluid for dishes will be very welcome - also we did not found case for washed dishes, which is very convenient thing when wash dishes by hand"

"From the moment we arrived until we left,everything was super.friendly and efficient meet and greet by Renata. Apt exactly as depicted,lovely bright apt with every necessary facility. One tiny thing which is probably out of your control was accessing apt,the front door having to be locked from inside in order to close. My niece is getting married next July in Quinta de Lago and I would be very interested in having some idea of charges in high season. We could possibly be very interested in renting both properties in this complex. Any news on my varifocal sunglasses. I think I left them on granite worktop. Thanks to all. Kind regards"
