L'emplacement de cet appartement ne pouvait pas être plus pratique, il est dans la marina avec seulement 5 minutes à pied de la plage. L'appartement duplex de 3 chambres est au 1er étage de la Marina Parque. Il était meublé et décoré dans un style moderne. Sa cuisine américaine est entièrement équipée, lumineux et aéré. Le salon a 2 grands canapés confortables tandis que dans la salle à manger il ya des sièges pour 8.Il ya un balcon sur le salon avec table et chaises avec vue latérale sur la marina.
Tout l'appartement est équipé de double vitrage et les trois chambres donnent sur le jardin pour que les clients puissent se détendre et profiter de leurs vacances sans le bruit des nuits d'août occupées. Sur la marina, qui est l’un des plus grands d’Europe, vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants et bars internationaux où vous pourrez prendre un verre et profiter du coucher de soleil et de l’arrivée des bateaux sur la marina.

"Location and apartment were great. Would have been perfect if certain supplies were provided e.g. dishwashing and laundry detergent. We also had an issue with the ironing board. Otherwise, everything was great and staff were lovely and responsive. Thank you. "

"Is a spacious apartment that easily hosts six adults, the apartment is very bright. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathrooms look new and fresh. The apartment is very close tho the harbour and night live, but just far enough for quite nights. There are a lot of small narrow stairs for getting in and out and around in the apartment, which might be a problem for elders or people with reduced mobility. The place is hosted by "Clever Details", who are very friendly and responsive (replaced the malfunctioning dishwasher within a few hours)."

Only criticism would be regarding very uncomfortable outdoor furniture and lack of cushioned seating area on Balcony, along with minimal comfortable seating inside, insufficient for larger parties. I would still however thoroughly recommend this apartment."

"4th time in this block, but first in this apartment. Perfect location and facilities for our stay. Would benefit from a safe, and worth noting only a small amount of outside space compared to the others in Marina Parque. Would still use again if prices stay fair. Great service by Clever Details staff throughout our stay, thank you."

"I would like to bring your attention to some things that could be improved to make clients more happy with this property: - there is something wrong with ground slope in the second floor shower cabin. The water can easily can flow out from the bathroom on the stairwell if you are not careful. Something must be done to prevent water going out of the shower cabin. - there is no problem to take out trash but spare trash bags will be very welcome - also spare washer fluid for dishes will be very welcome - also we did not found case for washed dishes, which is very convenient thing when wash dishes by hand"

"From the moment we arrived until we left,everything was super.friendly and efficient meet and greet by Renata. Apt exactly as depicted,lovely bright apt with every necessary facility. One tiny thing which is probably out of your control was accessing apt,the front door having to be locked from inside in order to close. My niece is getting married next July in Quinta de Lago and I would be very interested in having some idea of charges in high season. We could possibly be very interested in renting both properties in this complex. Any news on my varifocal sunglasses. I think I left them on granite worktop. Thanks to all. Kind regards"
