EXTÉRIEUR
Dans le jardin il ya une grande piscine(10m x 5m) a profondeur est comprise entre 95 cm et 210 cm. L’accès se fait par des escaliers et dispose d’une douche extérieure juste à côté de celle-ci, 10 chaises longues, 2 parasols et un ensemble de canapés. Patio avec table à manger pour 10 personnes et barbecue.
La piscine peut être chauffée en Juillet et Août avec un supplément de 400 euros par semaine.
À la frontière avec le terrain de golf, il y a un jacuzzi qui peut rendre vos vacances spéciales avec un coucher de soleil incroyable. le jacuzzi extérieur a un coût supplémentaire de 400 euros par semaine.

INCLUS: Wifi, chaînes britanniques, service d'assistance 24h, serviettes de piscine, pack et boisson de bienvenue à l'arrivée, serviettes et linge de lit.

Although I had a few minor issues with the property the speed that they were addressed and rectified by you was exemplary. In almost 60 years of renting holiday properties you are without doubt the best company I have ever dealt with and when I next return to the Algarve I will certainly be booking with you. Although I complemented all your staff the person I dealt with most was Ricardo who is pleasant helpful and totally knowledgeable about the property and a pleasure to deal with. "

"Lovely villa and excellent service from CleverDetails. Only snag was that the pool was not heated for arrival despite explicit request- but apology was offered, pool was heated thereafter and cost of heating was fully reimbursed without request. So all in all, excellent and would recommend. We would be interested in returning to the villa."

"I\'m just back from 10 days in Villa Milena. We had a fantastic holiday and the property was ideal for us. Two familes shared the property (4 adults 7 kids) and really enjoyed the holiday. Claudia and Elsa from Clever Details were great and very friendly when we arrived and sorted out a few small problems we had promptly and without any fuss. We had a great experience with them. Indeed they have a 24 hour call service which I can confirm works really well. The villa itself is lovely and very suitable for adults or families although the pool is very close to the villa and this could be a problem if you have very small children. We used the BBQ and Pool area extensively and the house itself is lovely and comfortable. The location is good being 8 mins drive from the Marina but you would need a car in my view. I would highly recommend clever details and Vila Milena and hope to be back! Philip, Ireland"
