This luxurious villa has 5 ensuite bedrooms, 2 toilets, a tv room, living room with dining area, kitchen, games room, built on 3 floors.
Villa Maelouance is located in a privileged area of Vilamoura, next to the main golf courses Millennium and Victoria, ideal for golfers and very close to all local amenities and beaches in the region.
It is spacious and has been furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.
The entrance is grand with its luminous corridor that leads us to the living room, on the right we have two bedrooms, on the left the access to the different floors and the tv room. On the ground floor it has a social bathroom.
Traditional design, the living room has an amazing view over the pool, garden and golf course, has a fireplace with a heat recuperator that offers the necessary warmth for colder nights, the french doors leads to the pool area. The living room has a chaise longue sofa, 2 armchairs, flat screen TV, cable TV with English channels and WiFi. The dining area is for 8 people and it has access to the terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), french doors with double glazing windows bringing moments of peace and harmony. It has electric shutters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, American fridge.
The five rooms are spacious, all with private bathrooms and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.
On the Ground Floor there are also two of the bedrooms:
Bedroom (Red): Two single beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, wooden floors, Romeo and Juliet balcony. The bathroom has a jet shower, washbasin, toilet
Bedroom (Green): Double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, wooden floor,, access to the garden and swimming pool. The bathroom has a bath and shower, washbasin, toilet.
Living room with sofa, flat screen TV, DVD player and air conditioning.
FIRST FLOOR
The stairs lead to the 1st floor where we find a reading area and access to the bedrooms.
Bedroom (Orange): double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, wooden floor, balcony with an amazing view over the garden, pool and golf. The bathroom has a jet shower, double washbasin, toilet
Bedroom (Blue): king size bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, wooden floor, balcony with an amazing view over the garden, pool and golf. The bathroom with shower with jet column, hydromassage bath (indoor jacuzzi), double washbasin, bidet, toilet.
LOWER GROUND FLOOR
Bedroom (Pink): Two single beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, windows. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet.
Turkish/Steam bath available with an extra cost of 300 euros per week.
Toilet
Games room with football table, snooker table, tenis table and air conditioning.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
EXTERIOR
The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and 90 cm to 200cm depth with roman steps access and a poolside shower. There are 8 sun loungers, 2 parasols and a set of sofas. Patio with dining table for 10 people and built-in charcoal BBQ.
The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 400 euros per week.
On the golf course boarder there is a outdoor Jacuzzi which can make your holiday very special with an amazing sunset. The outdoor jacuzzi has an extra cost of 400 euros per week.
For protection of the guests and the villa, there are 5 cameras outside/around off the villa covered by CCTV with image and voice recording. It can be switched of on request by written.

INCLUDED: Wi-Fi, English channels, 24-hour helpline, pool towels, welcome pack and drink on arrival, towels and bed linen.

Although I had a few minor issues with the property the speed that they were addressed and rectified by you was exemplary. In almost 60 years of renting holiday properties you are without doubt the best company I have ever dealt with and when I next return to the Algarve I will certainly be booking with you. Although I complemented all your staff the person I dealt with most was Ricardo who is pleasant helpful and totally knowledgeable about the property and a pleasure to deal with. "

"Lovely villa and excellent service from CleverDetails. Only snag was that the pool was not heated for arrival despite explicit request- but apology was offered, pool was heated thereafter and cost of heating was fully reimbursed without request. So all in all, excellent and would recommend. We would be interested in returning to the villa."

"I\'m just back from 10 days in Villa Milena. We had a fantastic holiday and the property was ideal for us. Two familes shared the property (4 adults 7 kids) and really enjoyed the holiday. Claudia and Elsa from Clever Details were great and very friendly when we arrived and sorted out a few small problems we had promptly and without any fuss. We had a great experience with them. Indeed they have a 24 hour call service which I can confirm works really well. The villa itself is lovely and very suitable for adults or families although the pool is very close to the villa and this could be a problem if you have very small children. We used the BBQ and Pool area extensively and the house itself is lovely and comfortable. The location is good being 8 mins drive from the Marina but you would need a car in my view. I would highly recommend clever details and Vila Milena and hope to be back! Philip, Ireland"
