Villa Pinheiro, villa de luxe, 5 chambres et 6 salles de bains, a côté de Old Village.
Près de bars et de restaurants, et à distance en marche de la marina.
Au rez de chaussée est le salon spacieux entièrement climatisé et salle à manger pour 8 personnes. Accès à la terrasse couverte avec mobilier de jardin et piscine.
Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée avec accès au patio couvert, avec table à manger pour 10 personnes et barbecue.
Il ya aussi 1 chambre avec lits jumeaux et salle de bain, air conditionné.
Toilettes séparées.
Au premier étage de la villa il ya les autres 3 chambres:
Chambre 2: lit double et salle de bain, balcon avec petit jardin, air conditionné.
Chambre 3: Lit double et salle de bain, balcon avec vue sur la piscine, climatisation.
Chambre 4: lits jumeaux, en suite, balcon avec vue sur la piscine, climatisation.
Le niveau inférieur dispose d'une salle de télévision avec canapé, Playstation, table tenis, table de jeux et mini-bar. La 5ème et 6ème chambre sont également sur le niveau inférieur.
Chambre 5: lits jumeaux et salle de bain.
Salle de bain avec douche.
Toilettes séparées.
Autour de la villa, une grande piscine d'eau salée (13m x 4m) profundear 140 cm , 8 chaises longues et parasol. Jacuzzi inclusive.
Terrasse couverte avec un ensemble de canapés, table à manger pour 8 personnes et barbecue au charbon de bois.
PISCINE CHAUFFEE avec supplément 360 euros par semaine (disponible 1er Decembre 2024)
Dispose d'alarme système central à l'intérieur, volets électriques et panneaux solaires.

"Dealing with Clever Details was really good, super responsive and helpful. The villa is as advertised, a little worn in places but if you're wanting to spoil yourselves - go for it. The 2 rooms in lower floor are full bedrooms. Only issue was there was no written instructions for the house alarm and we couldn't work the alarm several times, setting it off at night much to our embarrassment. I would also recommend that you contact the booking lead to inform of the gardening team arriving. "

"Nothing is perfect as we all know but we have no complaints at all about Villa Pinheiro or it's location or how well equipped it is. On the rare occasions we needed to contact "Clever Details" we had good response and were treated with kindness and given useful information. When we first arrived the outdoor furniture was very dusty (possibly due to local building work) and there were no tea towels supplied the first week, - I mention this for information only, you may wish to consider it in the future. "Really enjoyed the holiday. We booked it for a family 'get together' .The house is well equipped and all bedrooms have 'ensuite' facilities" . The only thing lacking is a full length mirror. The location is ideal, only a 10 min stroll to the Marina. Unfortunately there is a lot of building work in progress behind the house which produced red dust around the pool area , also it can be quite noisey at times during the day when the workmen are onsite. We would definitely consider re-visiting the house for a return visit next year. Clever Details offer a quick efficient service. They responded immediately to sort out a slight problem with the alarm system. Thank you ."

"We were surprised to find 6 spacious bedrooms expecting only 5 - this helped out with our family accommodation. Each bedroom was large with its own en suites. The villa was well located and a 12 min walk to the marina. Being a villa for 10 folk - if anything- it lacked enough utensils/bowls/glasses/ seats - this could be easily rectified. The child stair gate also needed attention. We were impressed with the speed of reaction to the small problems we encountered which were soon resolved. We enjoyed the contemporary design and lay out. "

"The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Clever Details were brilliant and very efficient. The only comment that I would make with regards to the Villa is that I felt the stair case was dangerous for children? There were big gaps on the platforms of the stairs and we had to put suitcases over the gaps so that the children were safe? One of the gaps meant they could potentially fall from the 3rd floor to the basement. I would recommend maybe putting some bars between the wall and the platforms that the stairs link too. However I really can't fault anything else,we had a wonderful time,thankyou. "
