L'emplacement de cet appartement ne pouvait pas être mieux, il est dans le centre de Vilamoura avec seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage et de la marina. L'appartement de 2 chambres est au 2ème étage du complexe de luxe de Moura Praia qui a une entrée fermée et sécurité.
L'appartement a été meublé et décoré à un niveau très élevé. La cuisine est entièrement équipée, lumineux et aéré. Il ya un balcon sur la sale avec table et chaises, et une terrasse privée avec canapés, barbecue au charbon, chaises longues, table à manger et chaises. Les jardins et la piscine sont totalement privés pour les résidents et les invités.
Cuisine: four, plaque de cuisson, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, bouilloire, grille-pain, cafetière Dolce Gusto, lave-vaisselle, fer / planche à repasser.

Chambre: lit double, salle de bain complète, air conditionné.

"This was our second stay at Moura Praia and the location is excellent. We booked at short notice so the choice of properties was limited. Whilst the apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, the sofas are showing signs of wear and tear and only one bedside light in main bedroom was inconvenient. We missed the sunshade over the balcony which the previous apartment had albeit there was a parasol and lots of seats/loungers on the spacious roof terrace. Clever Details staff were once again first class with booking, airport pickup, late check-in and departure all being faultless. "

"The space is great. Bedrooms nice and big enough. Closet door in twin room is alittle tricky, so needs looking at. Enough pots/pans etc in kitchen- although we didn?t really use them. The couches are faded and old looking- really this is the only downside to the nicely decorated unit. The rooftop patio is great, loungers could do with a pad as not as comfortable as they look. Pool area is nice. Whole complex was quiet. We had a problem with drainage in shower and mentioned it to the office, they spent repair man over straight away. Good communication with office. Overall a great stay and would visit again Thank you!"

"This is our 3rd stay in Moura Praia. Stayed in apartment H for 1 week and it was Perfect - exactly as per pics! The property was bright, clean, spacious and had a smart TV (YouTube / Netflix etc which is always great for kids). We had dedicated sunbeds down at the pool area as well as some on the roof terrace. The complex is very well maintained and there is security at the entrance. Everything you need is within walking distance, even for young children, shops, restaurants (highly recommend the Natraj Indian Tandoori up road behind the Irish Cabin, they own the Italian restaurant next door so you can mix and match - great when you have kids), beach, bars etc. We were met at apartment by Mariline from Clever Details who showed us how things worked, wifi codes, security gate codes etc. I had noticed some complaints about the late hour arrival fee. Yes we were charged a ?35 for late arrival but we knew this on the day of booking so it was no surprise and it was 11pm! We availed of the welcome pack which provided some coffee, biscuits, milk, water, wash tabs etc. We have stayed in rental accommodation managed by the owners themselves but there is no comparison between that and the service that Clever Details provide! We highly recommend this apartment."

"O condomínio onde se situa o apartamento é bom, muito bem situado. O apartamento precisava de ser mais cuidado, quer no que respeita a alguns pequenos problemas encontrados, devendo ter sido corrigidos antes da ocupação, mas, principalmente, a escassez de tomadas, havendo candeeiros que não podiam ser ligados por falta de tomadas. De uma forma geral a avaliação é positiva."

"Excellent Property in a wonderful complex. Apartment was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute. Pool was much bigger then expected and the perfect temperature. Only negative comment is that the bed in the main bedroom could do with updating- very uncomfortable and the shower in bathroom was leaking onto the floor. Roof Terrace was such a great added bonus and the kitchen was really well stocked! Underground car park was great for the rental car- kept it nice and cool throughout the day. All the staff in Clever Details were great, thank you! "
