La localisation de cet appartement ne pourrais etre que meilleur, dans le centre de Vilamoura et a peine quelques minutes de la Marina et de la Plage. Cet appartement avec 2 chambres se trouve au 4 ème étage dans la luxueuse résidence Moura Praia. La résidence est entiérement cloturée, avec de grands Jardins, piscine pour adultes, piscine pour enfants, stationnement extérieur privé , Garage , Portier et la sécurité 24/24 . L'appartement est décoré dans un style moderne , la cuisine est entièrement équipée, l'air conditionné dans les chambres et terrasse privée.
Cuisine: plaque, four, machine a laver la vaisselle, machine a laver le linge, micro ondes, frigo/congélateur, grille pain, planche et fer a rapasser, machine au cafee Dolce Gusto.
