"The service we received from Clever Details, in particular Mariline, was second to none. From our late check-in to our kettle malfunctioning and being replaced with a new one within a couple of hours, it was fabulous. Our apartment was flawless; so well equipped and beyond our expectations. The knowledge that Clever Details were there if we needed help in anyway was extremely comforting. We loved the booklet that they had produced with very helpful details about the apartment and the resort. Great! Would thoroughly recommend. "

"Apartment was extremely well equipped, spacious and comfortable (except for the downstairs double bed!). When we arrived the apartment was spotless, but cleaners only appeared after I had phoned to enquire about cleaning service and even then they (3 cleaners) only stayed for a maximum of 10 minutes and replaced the towels, wiped round the toilets and emptied the bins. I would have thought that they might have changed the beds and swept/washed the floors. We had a lovely holiday and thoroughly enjoyed staying in the apartment. "

"Myself and 6 of my athletics team used the property as a base for a 2 week training camp. It was in an ideal location and the spacious rooms and living area meant it was perfect for so many of us sharing together. The only minor downside was there was no wifi in the property. The team at Clever Details were fantastic and made the booking process, arrival in Vilamoura and departure very easy and they were on hand to quickly respond to any questions. Look forward to hopefully returning next year!"
