"Só dois reparos a fazer: A fechadura da porta de acesso à garagem precisa de ser substituída, pois dificulta muito a abertura da mesma fazendo por vezes perder imenso tempo. A água quente para os banhos demora a ficar "temperada" e manter a temperatura adequada o q causa um desperdício de água.
