The superb location of this 3 bedroom villa is ideal for families or golfers.
Surrounded by Vilamoura's top championship courses and with all amenities within a 5 minute walk including supermarkets, coffee shop, newsagent, restaurants and bars.
Inside the villa the open plan new kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances and there is a very spacious open living and dining area decorated to a high standard with a comfy sofa area to relax. Leading from the lounge there are patio doors on to a terraced patio with dining table and chairs and a built-in charcoal BBQ.
There is a swimming pool, shower and sun loungers in the garden. The villa has air conditioning throughout.
Lounge/ dining room: satellite TV, sofas, table and 6 chairs, air conditioning.
Kitchen: Induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, Fridge/freezer, dishwasher
Master bedroom: double bed, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe
Bathroom shower, washbasin, toilet and hair dryer
Bedroom 2: twin beds, air conditioning, built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: double bed en-suite, air conditioning with access from bedroom 2 and also it has a second entrance from outside of the villa. The private bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet

Outside area: built-in charcoal BBQ, 3 x sun loungers, garden with private salt water swimming pool with ladder access with monitor water quality, poolside shower.

"Great little villa with all you could need for a small group of friends. Amenities modern and good quality, AC really good, pool and decking a lovely bonus. Location was perfect - private enough to have some quiet, but close enough to the beach and marina (5 minute cab away). Supermarket close by too. Hosts were responsive and helpful - particularly with checking in & out. Would definitely stay again!"

"Had a lovely week stay here in Villa Molgard. It is in a lovely quiet location. Villa was clean, had everything you would need. Lovely pool and outdoor area, living room was lovely and spacious, kitchen had everything we needed. The service provided by clever details was great too. Check in and check out was super easy. The villa was a good 30 min walk to the marina, but the walk down there is lovely. And there are taxi?s available and Uber in the area if the walk is too much. "
