Privileged location: Luxury apartment, 2 bedrooms, in a quiet area close to the marina and the beach.
Laguna Village is one of the newest luxury condominiums in Vilamoura, overlooking tee 13 and tee 14 of the famous Laguna Golf Course. A refuge with exclusive characteristics in which everything has been designed to help the environment, and in perfect harmony with nature in order to provide its guests with moments of well-being and tranquility. Its architecture offers guests the natural relationship with the surrounding space, golf view and distant see view.
Its location is privileged, an extremely quiet area and about 10/15 minutes walk to the Vilamoura marina and Falesia beach.
The apartment is large with 102m2 and has been furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.
The modern lines, the windows with double glazing window and the kitchen in an open space style, offer luminosity and the perfect connection with nature and the surrounding gardens.
Facing south, guests can sunbathe on their entire balcony or dine overlooking the pool.
Landscaped gardens, an adult pool and a children's pool complete this glamorous condominium. Access to the condominium is through the gates.
The entrance hall gives access to the corridor, in front we have access to the living room and on the left it is the corridor to the bedrooms.
The living room with the open space kitchen was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a sofa bed, Smart TV with Netflix and cable TV. High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
The apartment is fully equipped with central air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing and exterior electric shutters, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by solar panel.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Delta Q coffee machine, combined fridge, hand blender, washing machine.
The two bedrooms are spacious and equipped with central air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.
One of the bedrooms with double beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, safe, Flat screen tv with cable tv channels, air conditioning, balcony equipped with lounger. The bathroom has an Italian-style shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.

The adult pool, accessed by stairs, is equipped with common sun loungers and parassols (first come first serve and cannot be marked). There is a children's pool and poolside shower available.

Desde a simpatia dos proprietários, que se mostraram sempre muito disponíveis para ajudar no que fosse necessário, à limpeza, ao espaço do apartamento e tambem ao espaço exterior do mesmo. É adequado, não só para os adultos como tambem para crianças pequenas, uma vez que espaço para elas brincarem é coisa que não falta. É tambem de destacar a tranquilidade que existe dentro do condomínio. Foi tudo muito agradável! Muito obrigado "

"Very pleasant stay during the month of August. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and modern, and has a stunning view of the golf course as well as the sea! The facilities provided are more than sufficient! All the furniture you need is provided, all the appliances necessary for a holiday stay, and even a large grill for some evening barbecues! On top of all of that, the compound is also very well suited. It has a large swimming pool with lounge chairs, a gym, and a private parking garage! In all, I would definitely be looking forwards to staying here next year! The whole stay was wonderful, amazing location with a supermarket, beach, and the Vilamoura marina within walking distance! Highly recommend it and wish everyone else a stay as pleasant as the one that my family and I had! "
