The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the marina with only a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The 3 bedroom duplex apartment is on the 1st floor of the Marina Algarve.
The apartment has been furnished and decorated to an high standard. The American kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy.
The lounge has plenty of seating with sofas while in the dining area there is seating for 6. There is a balcony of the lounge with patio table and chairs with marina front view.
All the apartment has double glazed window and the three bedrooms are with garden view, the guests can relax and enjoy the holiday with no noise.
At the marina which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide.
1ST FLOOR
Kitchen: oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron/ ironing board.
Lounge/ dining room: two sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen tv with Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese), air conditioning, balcony with marina front view.
High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi (250Mbps Fibre connection and totally unlimited traffic).
Bedroom 1: twin beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning
Bathroom with shower, wash-basin and toilet
2ND FLOOR
Bedroom 2: double bed, built-in wardrobe, marina view, desk and chair, safe, air conditioning
Bedroom 3: double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning
Bathroom with Italian shower, wash-basin, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine
Outside areas: Balcony with patio table and chairs, marina side front view
Access to the communal swimming pool with garden which is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Swimming pool is available from April until end of September (closed rom October until March)
The sun loungers are commun and it is "first come, first serve", cannot be marked. There is a guardian every day except on Friday from 10h until 18h (between 15/6 until 15/9)
Distances: Marina (20 m); Beach (900 m); Restaurants (20 m); Supermarket (400 m); Airport (25 km).
Damage deposit: 300 euros

"The place is beautiful the location is faultless we had the best time staying here. The views of the marina morning and night are breathtaking and I enjoyed it daily. I would say don't book the place for the pool it's literally ok for a dip but not to spend time round the pool. Everything else though you will be 100% satisfied. The team are amazing."

"I?m always excellent & we have recommended you! Very impressed with both your service & the properties ! Only suggestion would be the welcome box? crackers & jam not necessary but coffee & maybe a kitchen pack (wash up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets etc.) would be ideal! Also maybe work with businesses by including vouchers or discounts! Not things that affect your excellent service but would just be the cherry on top! "
