Villa Amelia
Located in the ever popular "Old Village" this 4 bedroomed detached villa is the perfect place for family or golf holidays.
The villa is well furnished and fully equipped with dining and lounge area which leads directly on to the pool area.
As you meander through the cobbled streets of the village before resting in one of the many cafes or bars for a cooling drink, you will be amazed with the quaint houses and the scents of the beautiful flowers. A car is not necessary as there are many local restaurants and a supermarket in the ?village?.
It is only a 20 minute stroll to the cosmopolitan marina and centre of Vilamoura and in the summer there is a regular tourist train to take you either to the beach or a trip around the resort of Vilamoura.
GROUND FLOOR
Lounge: sofas, LCD, cable tv, air conditioning, dinning table and 10 chairs. Access to pool area.
Bedroom 1: double bed, air conditioning.
Bathroom: bath wth shower.
Bedroom 2: en suite with bath, double bed, air conditioning.
Kitchen: gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, blender, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/ironing board.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 3: double bed, air conditioning, roof terrace.
Bedroom 4: double bed, air conditioning.
Bathroom: bath with shower.
Exterior: private pool 6,5m x 3m with 80cm - 190 cm depth with access by roman steps, poolside shower, small garden, patio with table and chairs, 5x sun loungers, charcoal BBQ, private parking space for 2 cars.

Distances: Supermarket (50m); Restaurant/Bar (50 m); Beach (3km); Marina (2km); Airport (25km), Train station (7km).

"This was our second time staying here as a family of 5 adults, and it was lovely, the location is great, its right where we wanted to be, near the old village, and only a 15 or 20 minute walk from the marina. The villa has everything you could possibly need. The staff at clever details were brilliant as always and left us a nice little welcome package, we cannot wait to return. "

"In general it was a beautiful villa ,but there was no sweeping brush,no cleaning utensils to clean properly, everything had to be bought in the shop .the only problem really was the early checkout as it was very awkward moving all the bags and having no where to stay for the day as we had a late flight,it would have been perfect to wait in the villa with the children until our shuttle arrived,early checkout was a big disappointment. "

"Had a great week in the villa. All that we dealt with were lovely, especially Micaela who was so nice, nothing was an issue for her. The pool had some leaves in it when we arrived and and unknown to us, Micaela had it all sorted within half an hour. We weren?t bothered as we weren?t going to be using the pool that day but Daniel arrived and it was sorted in no time. Supermarket just across the road and lovely restaurants nearby if u didn?t want to go down to the marina. If u like steak, u must try the Artisan Restaurant and Cocktail bar (just near the supermarket). Comfortable walk to the marina, bit of a climb back, but taxis are only approx ?5. Would definitely recommend, and will book again if back again in Vilamoura."

"We had a great holiday here as a family, location is perfect, great pool, air con and the villa has everything you could possibly need and more for an enjoyable stay and it was spotless. I would maybe recommend updating the pillows and to change the handle mechanism on the living room patio doors to strengthen them. I would highly recommend this villa and would also recommend using clever details as their staff are really friendly people to deal with. "

"Gostei da propriedade ,gostaria de voltarTenho alguma experiência de ferias com a FAMÍLIA e para tudo ficar perfeito,a vila Amélia precisava de outro frigorifico ou uma pequena arca congeladora pois uma familia de 8 adultos precisa de ter condições de perfeito acondicionamento de bebidas e gêneros alimentícios Um dos quartos devia ter 2 camas para que os jovens ( filhos ou netos)se sentissem mais confortáveis"

"The property was in a great location and overall the property itself was great however the oven could really do with being upgraded and also there was a real lack of sockets in the kitchen. It?s not possible to put on the toaster and kettle together. A couple of the remotes for the air con were also not working. However overall the property was great. Our gas ran out during the stay and the service was very prompt to get it sorted. This is our second year using clever details and would highly recommend you. "
