The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the center of Vilamoura with only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the marina. The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 5th floor of the luxury complex of Moura Praia which has a gated entrance and security.
The apartment is comfortable, well-furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy, has air conditioning in both bedroom and living room. The gardens and swimming pool are totally private for the residents and guests.
At the marina, which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide.

"Our apartment was Perfect! It was our second time in this apartment. It was Very clean, had plenty of room (we have 1 child but would suit 2 kids), it was quiet, had great WiFi (and smart TV - Netflix, YouTube etc) and the 6ft bed is Very comfortable. Clever Details are a dream to deal with, they are very accommodating and very professional. We had stayed in other (bigger) apartments within the same complex in the past but the beds were Really Really Crap! This apartment is by far our favorite and we will be back next year."

"Fantastic service as always from Clever Details. Staff are so lovely and accommodating. We have stayed in a few Moura Praia properties in the past and though this is the smallest of them it was the most comfortable. The beds are extremely comfortable and plenty of pillows and towels. Balcony is small but a beautiful sea view. Kids room has bunk beds but also a pull out floor bed. Master bedroom is gorgeous. Kitchen has everything you need. Can't wait to go back!"

"Apartment J5 is Fabulous! We have stayed in many other apartments in Moura Praia and this one is by far our favorite. It is not as big as other apartments, you do not have a view of the pool or a huge balcony but what you do get is: An apartment that has been well thought out and maintained and everything works as it should, A great view of the sea, A safe, Peace and quiet (we found some other apartments noisy with neighbors or when lots of people in pool), A Great nights sleep in the most comfortable 6ft bed you have ever slept in. We Highly recommend this apartment and will most certainly be back. As for the service from Clever Details, its always 5 Star and hassle free."

"Very nice clean apartment had everything you need to have a great stay, Staff at Clever Details were brilliant nothing was too much trouble(even managed to get a smile out of Hugo!! Yes we did!)seriously extremely helpful efficient ,friendly,polite people. My only issue wasn't anything to do with the apartment which was superb or the people it was on a very smart ,clean good location all the amenities pool etc ,very secure complex which(complex's) aren't my first choice,But it ticked every box other than that.Would defo recommend it to stay."

"The apartment was in a great location, a generous size and well equipped although slightly dated. Hugo was very helpful and provided a great service. Our only issue was that the towels were only changed once despite us being there for 10 days and the bed linen wasn't changed at all. We were happy to wash the towels, etc ourselves and they dried quickly on the laundry rack so it wasn't much of a problem. We would definitely stay there again. "

"Relativamente à Clever Details, têm um serviço 5 estrelas, super atenciosos e prestáveis. No que diz respeito à propriedade, julgo que o preço cobrado é um pouco excessivo, uma vez que permite apenas 4 pessoas, quando a propriedade dá perfeitamente para instalar 5 pessoas sem qualquer problema. Fomos apenas três, daí o preço se tornar excessivo. No entanto, consideramos que o apartamento é muito bom, com uma excelente localização, mas tinha um ou outro pormenor que deverá ser revisto: falta uma cortina/blackout na janela da cozinha e os ralos do lavatório e da banheira estavam entupidos. De resto, tudo ok. Gostámos bastante. "

"Check in was late due to being told I would be contacted when the apartment was ready for us. Rang at 5pm and was then let in. Apartment was ready earlier in the day. Only thing I would change would be a shower curtain as there isn?t one. One sun lounger was broken, but still functional. Overall great trip and enjoyed our stay. Would use again "

"Boa tarde, Há 15 anos que passo férias em Vilamoura, quase sempre arrendei imóveis através de imobiliárias e nunca fui tão mal atendida como na vossa. Este ano optei pela vossa, pois foi-me indicado que prestariam um bom serviço. Bom serviço! Do melhor! À chegada ao apartamento detectei, que estariam em falta bastantes utensílios, tais como: - Roupa de cama (éramos 4 pessoas e só 2 camas tinham lençóis); - Panos de cozinha; - Tacho pequeno para confeccionar o acompanhamento (apenas existia 1 tacho médio e 2 panelas); - Molas de roupa (só existiam 3 no estendal); - Chávenas de café (uma vez que o apartamento possuía máquina de café); - Assadeira; - Pinça para retirar a salada da saladeira; Desloquei-me ao vosso escritório, e foi-me dito que ainda nesse dia (dia 22) me iria ser levado tudo o que se encontrava em falta. Pois bem, nesse dia apenas me foi entregues os lençóis. Aguardei até dia 25 de agosto, como não tinha resposta da vossa parte, resolvi deslocar-me novamente ao vosso escritório, onde fui informada que não poderiam comprar outro tacho sem ordem do senhorio, e que uma pinça de salada não era um utensílio indispensável numa cozinha. Tudo o resto iria ser reposto ainda nesse dia. Claro que discordei, sendo considerado um apartamento de luxo teria obrigatoriamente de ter o indispensável. E para mim que já conheço bem o condomínio e outros apartamentos, isso era mesmo necessário. Não depende dos proprietários, uma vez que são os senhores que fazem o arrendamento têm que se preocupar se ele está devidamente equipado com o necessário. Nesse dia foi-me entregue no apartamento apenas uma assadeira e 4 chávenas. Agora eu pergunto: - Não é considerado um apartamento de luxo? - 1900.00? (valor da estadia) não chega para comprar 1 tacho, 1 dúzia de molas e uma pinça para a salada? - Gostariam de cozinhar o acompanhamento numa panela? - Gostariam de servir a salada com uma colher? - Será que o proprietário não deu autorização para melhor servir um cliente? O vosso contrato indicava que teria direito a pelo menos um serviço de limpeza, uma muda de lençóis e substituição de toalhas. Sabem quantas vezes limparam o apartamento? - Nenhuma! Dignaram-se apenas a substituir as toalhas e a deixarem ficar no dia 29 de Agosto os lençóis dentro do roupeiro. Nem os lençóis foram substituídos! Ficaram lá para eu o fazer. E para terminar em beleza, no dia da saída, 2 de Setembro, pelas 10:22h liguei para o vosso escritório para virem verificar o apartamento pois estávamos de partida. A D. Elsa demorou aproximadamente 5 min. a chegar, verificou tudo, entregou-nos a caução e informou-nos se por algum motivo ficasse alguma coisa esquecida no apartamento seria guardado e seriamos informados. Pois bem, e não é que ficou mesmo algo esquecido? Passados 15 minutos aproximadamente depois da saída, apercebi-me que me tinha esquecido de uma caixa de doces no frigorífico, caixa essa que estava dentro de um saco térmico, hermeticamente fechado. Voltámos para trás, pois os ditos doces (macarrons, adquiridos na casa de chá na marina) seriam para oferecer. A D. Elsa disse-me que poderia ir ao apartamento, pois estariam lá as senhoras da limpeza. Entrei no apartamento, depois de muito tocar à campainha, e fui buscar o saco dos doces ao frigorífico. Qual não é o meu espanto, quando já na A2 a minha filha me diz que o saco está aberto, verifica a caixa dos doces e faltam 3 doces. Como é possível acontecer isto? Não foram limpar o apartamento enquanto eu lá estava, pois ao que parece não houve tempo, a governanta adoeceu, as funcionárias fazem o que lhes apetece? mal eu saí (antes das 11.00H) resolveram-se todos os problemas e até houve tempo para comerem o que não lhes pertencia. É uma falta de organização da vossa parte e uma grande falta de ética! Fica tudo muito bem guardado, se for esquecido! Ainda hoje estou à espera de uma explicação da vossa parte, uma vez que ao verificar o sucedido liguei para o vosso escritório e a D. Elsa informou-me que iria ser contactada por um superior. Não houve da vossa parte qualquer explicação a todos estes acontecimentos, nem um pedido de desculpas! Onde está um responsável capaz de dar resposta ás solicitações do cliente? Sinto-me enganada e roubada pois paguei antecipadamente por um serviço que não me foi prestado nas condições apresentadas. Logo tudo o que tenho a dizer do vosso serviço é que é horrível, não vou voltar, nem vou recomendar a ninguém! Têm muito a aprender ainda! "
