Villa Den is the ideal haven for a memorable getaway, situated in a prime location near the renowned 7SPA Hilton Hotel and the famous golf courses. Designed to provide comfort and tranquility, this property combines a cozy atmosphere with a family-friendly touch, reflected in unique vintage décor pieces that preserve the home's original character. 

Upon entering, an hallway leads to the living and dining room, which is spacious and decorated with meticulous attention to detail, creating a charming and welcoming ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to prepare delicious meals. On the ground floor, there is also an en-suite bedroom with a private bathroom featuring a bathtub, ensuring privacy and convenience.  

The first floor, accessible via stairs to the left of the entrance, has two bright bedrooms, each uniquely decorated to reflect the timeless charm of the villa, along with a bathroom serving both rooms.  

The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (both cooling and heating) and shutters on all windows, ensuring moments of peace and harmony. Water is heated using a solar panel system.  

Villa Den blends contemporary comfort with traditional touches, offering a unique and memorable environment for family vacations, romantic escapes, or trips with friends.

Direct access to the garden and pool area for easy outdoor living.  

Guest Bathroom: Toilet and washbasin.  

Bedroom 1: Two single beds, private bathroom with bath, built-in wardrobe, safe and air conditioning.  

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom 2: Double bed, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. Balcony with a table and two chairs.

OUTDOOR AREA

The outdoor space invites leisure and relaxation with a private pool (7mx4m) with a dept 80cm-185cm, accessed via Roman steps. A beautiful garden, six sun loungers, a sofa set, and a large table with eight chairs for outdoor dining.
