The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold), double-glazed windows, and shutter systems in all bedrooms, ensuring tranquility and harmony. Water heating is powered by solar panels.

Dining and Living Room: Designed for maximum functionality, the dining room features a table for eight, while the living room provides a cozy atmosphere with comfortable corner sofa, a fireplace, a Smart TV with Netflix and international channels, high-speed fiber broadband, and WiFi.

Covered Patio: Furnished with sofas and stairs leading to the outdoor area.

Bedroom 1: Twin beds, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, and hairdryer. Balcony with table and to chairs.

A swimming pool (9m x 5m), which can be heated for an additional fee has access via stairs, equipped with sun umbrellas, 8 sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a landscaped garden.

Heated Pool: ?400 per week (additional cost).

PARKING: Three uncovered parking spaces are available within the property, accessible via electric gates.
