Villa Al Salam is a family home built in 1982 that underwent significant renovations in 2023.

The Arab influence in our Algarve, known as Al-Gharb in Arabic, is profound and lasted for more than 500 years. Due to this history and the tranquility of the area, the villa is aptly named Al Salam (Villa Peace).

The house consists of two floors and four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, ensuring privacy for all guests. Equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi, the villa offers modern amenities for entertainment and comfort. The upper floor features a large kitchen, two balconies, a charcoal barbecue, and a spacious living room, ideal spaces for socializing and enjoying meals with a fantastic view of the gardens and pool.

Having a private pool and sun loungers is a significant advantage for guests looking to relax in the sun. In addition to the private pool, there is a large shared pool with nine other houses and a tennis court, providing additional leisure and entertainment options. For the little ones, there's a playground.

The presence of good restaurants, bars, a marina, and golf courses nearby makes it easy for guests to enjoy a variety of activities without the need for a car.

The inclusion of an electric car charger is a modern amenity for environmentally conscious guests.

FIRST FLOOR

Living/Dining Room: Chaise Longue Sofa, flat-screen TV, Netflix, Smart TV, cable channels, dining table with 6 chairs, air conditioning. The balcony with garden and pool views is equipped with a table and 6 chairs and awning.

Bathroom with shower, sink.

Open-space kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fridge/freezer, iron, and ironing board.

Double-glazed windows, grating, safe, and blackout system in all windows except the living room.

Outdoor areas: Private pool, 4 sun loungers, 1 fixed sunshade, outdoor shower, seating area.

Facilities: Wifi, two parking spaces within the plot, electric car charger. Travel cot and high chair available with no extra cost, requested in advance.

Access to a communal area with a pool for adults and children, playground, tennis court.

Security: Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, electrical certificates. The villa only has electrical equipment; there is no gas installation.
