Privileged location: Luxury apartment, 3 bedrooms, in a quiet area close to the marina and the beach.
Lakes 24 is one of the newest luxury condominiums in Vilamoura. A refuge with exclusive characteristics in which everything has been designed to help the environment, and in perfect harmony with nature in order to provide its guests with moments of well-being and tranquility. Its architecture offers guests the natural relationship with the surrounding space.
Its location is privileged, an extremely quiet area and about 10 minutes walk to the Vilamoura marina and Falesia beach.
The apartment is large with 130m2 and has been furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.
The modern lines, the windows with double glazing window and the kitchen in an open space style, offer luminosity and the perfect connection with nature and the surrounding gardens.
Facing south, guests can sunbathe on their entire balcony or dine overlooking the pool.
Landscaped gardens, an adult pool and a children's pool complete this glamorous condominium. Access to the condominium is through the gates.
The entrance hall gives access to the corridor, in front we have access to the living room.
The living room with the open space kitchen was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and cable TV. High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
The balcony has table and 6 chairs, charcoal BBQ and sink.
The apartment is fully equipped with central air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing and electric blackouts, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by solar panel.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, combined fridge, hand blender, washing machine.
The three bedrooms are spacious and equipped with central air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.

"A beautiful apartment, top floor with lovely views across the pool and countryside. Located in a quiet area to the west and away from the busyness and noise of the marina. Easy access to a local supermarket (fresh bread, cakes and pastries) and a 15-20 min to the marina. Great area for long walks along the beach (east and west) with plenty of cafe and bar stops. The team at CleverDetails were great and responded well throughout the booking process, lead up to our stay and through the vacation itself. We will return ;-)"

"We stayed in the 3 bed at lakes 24. We thought the apartment was lovely and clean, nice and spacious with plenty of storage and good quality appliances. The swimming pool was very large and warm and we had it to ourselves some afternoons too. We found some shade by the trees when needed. It would of been much better to have had some sun beds by the pool instead of having to carry them down. The area was nice and quiet with only a 15 min walk to the nearest supermarket, 20 mins to the marina and beach. We really enjoyed our week there and would recommend the apartment "

"Fomos muito bem recebidos. Ficamos em 6 pessoas no apartamento. Muito bem mobiliado e localizado. Anfitrião atende super rápido. Localizado perto da Marina, local cheio de restaurantes e a 1 km da praia. Recomendo. Gostei muito."
