Prime location: Luxury, private 5 en suite bedroomed villa in Old Village neighborhood.
Villa OneSixOne is the latest villa built in Vilamoura. Its location is privileged and unique, an extremely quiet area and about 5 minutes drive to the Vilamoura marina and beach.
The large 383m2 villa was furnished, equipped and decorated with the aim of providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.
Close to bars and restaurant at the famous Old Village, and close to the marina and nightlife and Pinhal Golf Course.
The rooftop terrace allows guests a perfect connection with the stars as it is equipped with a set of sofas and included outdoor jacuzzi.
On the ground floor is the spacious living room with the open space kitchen was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a corner sofa, the dining space consists of a table and 8 chairs. Next to the living room we have a toillet. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture to the garden and swimming pool.
The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning (cold and hot), double glazing, has a blackout system in all bedrooms, bringing moments of peace and harmony. The water is heated by solar panel.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, combined fridge, hand blender. Covered patio with dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ.
The 5 rooms are spacious, all with private bathroom and equipped with air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials.
On the GROUND FLOOR we have one bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with the measures and facilities for guests with reduced mobility, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, view and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.
On the first floor of the villa there are the other 2 bedrooms:
Bedroom 2: King size bed, private bathroom, balcony with sun lounger and pool view, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, safe. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer.
Bedroom 3: twin beds, private bathroom, balcony with sun lounger, built-in wardrobe air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet.
The lower level has a room with Smart TV and corner sofa, pool table and bar, flat screen TV with Netflix, Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). The 4th and 5th bedroom are also on the lower level.
Bedroom 4: twin beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
Bedroom 5: twin beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet.
Landry: washing machine and tumbler dryer and access to the private garage with 2 parking spaces.
Outside is a swimming pool by steps, 4 sun loungers and set of sofas

DAILY CLEANING available with an extra cost of 250 euros per week

"Wow! The pictures for the villa does not do it justice, we had the most amazing time. We booked the villa for our daughters destination wedding, and was completely blown away by the villa. Mariline greeted us on arrival, she explained everything perfectly. She was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was spotlessly clean, everything you needed was there. The amount of space was amazing, plenty big enough for 10 adults and a baby. The location was perfect, we cannot wait to go back, I have already been looking to go back soon. "

"The villa was amazing however the Hottub didn?t work for 4 nights out the week we were there, it was not heating to full temperature so too cold to use in the evenings. Someone came out twice to fix it & after each visit it worked that night but then not the next day. This was a key feature that we were looking forward to from the villa. Apart from that we had an excellent week & the basement area was a huge hit for the whole family "

"We had an amazing stay at your property! The villa was impeccable and was the perfect spot for our group vacation. Everyone had a great time. My only recommendation would be to consider including a few more basic amenities (toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc.) included with the rental."

"Returned yesterday from the most wonderful week-long stay at Villa OneSixOne. We stayed with our friends and our children (all aged between 5-7) and everything was excellent from start to finish. On arrival, we were greeted by our friendly host and given a tour of the property. A lovely welcome gift of some water and wine as well. The villa is superb!!! It has bright, spacious bedrooms (all en-suite), two of which have balconies, and really comfortable beds. The impressive basement area was a hit with our children with pool table, bean bags and large tv (Netflix, Disney+ etc all available). A great area to escape the heat too. We made lots of use of the outdoor kitchen/grill area and it was great to find that the host had left some dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, tea and coffee for us. The best part of the villa was the gorgeous outdoor pool area. We spent most days relaxing and playing out here and had lots of endless fun! We contacted Mariline a couple of times to make some enquiries and she was very accommodating and responded quickly. Overall, we were extremely impressed by everything that the villa and host had to offer and we would love to return again soon. Thank you for such a fabulous stay!"
