The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the centre of Vilamoura with only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the marina.
The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 6th floor of the luxury complex of Moura Praia which has a gated entrance and security.
The apartment is comfortable, well furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy. The lounge has plenty of seating with one comfortable large sofa while in the dining area there is seating for 6. There is a balcony off the lounge with patio table and two chairs foa a coffee or read a book and enjoy the amazing see view.
The lawned gardens and swimming pool are totally private for the residents and guests.
At the marina, which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide.
Kitchen: Oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), iron/ironing board.
Lounge/dining room: 2x settee, 1x sofa-bed, dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen Smart Tv, Netflix, cable TV, air conditioning, balcony with table and chairs. High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi.
Bedroom: Double bed, private bathroom, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, (hot and cold) safe. The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink, bidet, toilet hairdryer.
Bedroom: Twin beds, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning (hot and cold).
Bathroom: With shower, sink and toilet.
Outside areas: Balcony with table and 2 chairs. The horizontal bars are protected with a glass
Communal area: Adult's and children's pool, lawned gardens, car parking.
Facilities: Wifi, security 24hours, two underground private parking spaces, 4 private sun loungers at the pool area.
Distances: Marina (400 m); Beach (500 m); Supermarket (100 m); Bus stop (400 m); Airport (25 km); Train station (7 km).

"I really enjoyed my stay in Villamoura. My complaints are little but seeing as you asked ?,,, I was disappointed that there was no bit of washing up liquid in the property. I felt this was an essential item which would help the renter have a better experience. One would not use anywhere near a bottle in a week so would be very reluctant to purchase. Also having only one bag to place the rubbish and no replacement is not ideal. These are real small things and would add a little more luxury and comfort. Overall the property is maintained beautifully and was a pleasure to stay in"

"A family of 3 stayed 10 x nights. Positives : Perfect for location to marina. Very spacious apartment, very clean. The complex is gated with 24hr security, this was very reassuring. Security guard always very pleasant. The complex was very quiet so perfect for a relaxing holiday. Clever Details office situated directly across from the apartments so very handy if any issues arose. We used the out of hours service and they dealt with our issue promptly. Negatives : If you have younger children you need to be aware they are not permitted to use inflatables or balls in the gardens/pool area. The security enforce this rule daily so I witnessed many families being told to remove the inflatables/balls from the pool area and gardens. The area by the pool for stacking sun lounges was unclean and untidy. This needs to be cleaned up to improve the appearance of the area. There are no parasols/umbrellas in the complex so there is nowhere to take shade from the sun, which was up on 39 degrees in July. Overall a very enjoyable holiday. I would recommend these apartments but they are expensive enough, although possibly worth it for location alone. Highly recommend Clever Details. They arranged our airport transfers and everything was on time."
