Prime location: Luxury semidetached villa, 2 en-suite bedrooms, walking distance to the marina and the beach.
Villa Emilia is builted in the latest luxury condominium in Vilamoura, O Central. Its location is privileged, extremely quiet area, very central and about 10 minutes walk to Vilamoura marina.
The 155 m2 spacious house was furnished, equipped and decorated providing comfort, luxury, relaxation and rest to guests.
The contemporary architecture, the use the double glazed windows, the first quality materials used and the "open space" style kitchen, offers light and the perfect connection with nature and the surrounding gardens.
Facing east, guests can sunbathe in their private garden all day, with space for an Al Fresco drink on its secluded deck and in complete privacy.
The inner courtyard allows guests to have a perfect connection with the stars.
Landscaped gardens, a 200m2 adult pool and children's pool complete this glamorous condominium. Access is monitored and controlled by an certificated security company, and common spaces are monitored by cameras.
The entrance hall gives us access to the grandiose corridor, to the left we have the laundry room, access to the upper floor and a toilet, to our right is the access to one of the bedrooms.
The living room with the kitchen in "open space" style was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a sofa, Smart TV with Netflix and Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi. The dining space consists of a extendable round table and 4 chairs.
The villa is fully equipped with central air conditioning (hot and cold), double glazing and outdoor electric shutters, bringing moments of peace and harmony. It has a blackout system in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Water is heated by solar panel.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso capsules coffee machine, fridge-freezer, hand blender.
In the laundry room you will find the washing dryer machine, iron and ironing board.
The two bedrooms are spacious, all with private bathroom and equipped with central air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials and towel warmers.
On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with two single beds, private bathroom with features for reduced mobility, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, direct access to the interior patio. The bathroom has an Italian-style shower, suspended washbasin, toilet, bidet, heated towel rail and hairdryer.
On the FIRST FLOOR are the two bedrooms:
Bedroom: two single beds, private bathroom, built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, balcony equipped with table and two chairs and overlooking the inner courtyard. The bathroom has an Italian-style shower, double sink, heated towel rail and hairdryer, separate toilet and bidet.
Bedroom: bunk bed for children
Outside, the private garden is very spacious and is equipped with 2 sun loungers. In the deck area there is a table and 6 chairs and a charcoal BBQ.
The condominium's common area consists of spacious gardens, an adults' pool and a children's pool, both surrounded by a deck, with poolside showers and toilets.
One parking space available inside the condominium, not covered.
FACILITIES INCLUDED: Wi-Fi, 24-hour emergency line, towels and sheets.

"Cláudia?s place is just as described and pictured. It was spotlessly clean, great location and they were really easily contactable at all times. We can?t wait to come back!"

"Pros: Location, close to all amenities, modern property, great layout and spotless cleanliness. Cons: Although in the car park/garage there is an electric car charge facility, it is against the rules to use it. To go to the pool you have to pass in front of other properties. A direct front access would be great and easy do to do. Intercom doesn't work which means that you have to walk to the condominium gate to open the door. There is a code to enter the premisses but Clever Details didn't provide it All in all it was an amazing stay and I recommend this property "

"We were absolutley delighted with the two properties we rented through Clever Details. The properties were totally perfect on arrival and very clean. Clever Details staff (Sonia) was superb and met us out of hours to make sure we all got in okay. The properties Sadler and Emilia were both fantastic with comfortable beds and great facilities. The WIFI was great and the TV channels were superb. The communal pool was great as well and kept very clean. The only thing that could have been better would have been to have more sun lougers and umbrellas around the pool area to sit at. Other than that everything was first class and Clever Details staff were very efficient always contactable and we will definetley use you again when we come back. Thank you"
