The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto capsules coffee machine, fridge-freezer, hand blender.

In the laundry room you will find the washing dryer machine, iron and ironing board.

The three bedrooms are spacious, all with private bathroom and equipped with central air conditioning. The bathrooms are modern and full of character, with high quality materials and towel warmers.

On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with features for reduced mobility, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, direct access to the interior patio.
