Premium Location: Located in a residential area with an easy 15 minutes walk to the marina. In a Idyllic place this two bedroom holiday apartment has a stunning view over the pool, sea and golf.
This apartment has been furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The lounge is very spacious with a dining area and opens out into a large balcony with barbecue with distant sea view that overlooks the golf and pools. There is climate control air-conditioning and heating system throughout.
Car is not necessary, the garden has a gate which make an easy 10 minutes walking to the marina and beach and less than 5 minutes by car from the golf courses. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are in Parque das Amendoeiras which is 5 minutes walking.
Kitchen: oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, iron/ ironing board, table and 2 chairs.
Lounge/ Dining area: 2x settees, sofa bed, dining table and 6 chairs, high speed fibre broadband and WiFi, Large LCD TV with Sky Sports, uk/ french/ spanish/ russian/ portuguese TV channels, air-conditioning, balcony with sea, golf and pool view.
Bedroom: double bed, en-suite with hydromassage bath, built in wardrobe, air-conditioning, safe, balcony with sea, golf and pool view.
Bedroom: twin beds, built in wardrobe, air-conditioning.

"We loved the apartment. The location was very suitable for us. It was close to our friends in Villa Rosa. We were able to walk to the Marina. We enjoyed the pool. We loved the big balcony and the view. Overall, it was perfect for 3 adults. The shower leaked onto the floor a bit but apart from that we loved it. We would like to rent it again in 2025 (27 September- 4th October) but don't seem to be able to reserve yet. You might guide us in this regard. Obrigada."

E na varanda devia ter mais luz, nós jantamos todos os dias na varanda e é algo que notamos, também tentamos usar o grelhador uma vez à noite, e foi bastante difícil, também devia ter um foco de luz. "We had a wonderful stay at the apartment, very spacious and clean, pool area was amazing. I can't fault it in any way and would definitely recommend. I have one little negative which is the walk to Vilamoura Marina, it is quite a bit more than 10 minutes, it took us around 25 - 30. Overall very happy and would go back in a shot."

"A thoroughly enjoyable holiday staying at Golf Mar Village. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. The complex itself is small and quiet, with a lovely pool and gardens. It?s located within walking distance of the marina and beach with great views over the Laguna golf course towards the sea. Communication with Clever Details was easy prior to and during the stay. When I required assistance out of hours on one occasion during my stay they responded promptly to resolve the issue. I couldn't fault anything. Great holiday. "

"I am a big fan of Clever details and in fact have booked with you next month. The only reason that I have only given promptness of our service a 3 is that I did report last week in the first few days of my stay a number of things in the apartment that needed attending to and although we were there for two weeks, nothing was fixed. Just to recap regarding the problems. There are 3 or 4 light bulbs not working. The left door onto the patio is jammed. The outer door hiding the washing machine is missing. The AC in the lounge and twin bedroom is not working. properly.both the large chairs on the balcony are broken. I would be very happy if you would confirm that these problems will be sorted out before our return on the 13/6/19 warmest regards, Peter Bloom. "
