The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the centre of Vilamoura with only a 2 minute walk to the beach and the marina. The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor of the luxury complex of Moura Praia which has a gated entrance and security.
The apartment has been furnished and decorated to a very high standard and is ultra modern and stylish. The kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy. The lounge has plenty of seating with 2 comfortable large settees. There is a balcony off the lounge with patio table and chairs and also a private roof terrace with settees, charcoal barbecue, sun loungers, dining table and chairs.
The lawned gardens and swimming pool are totally private for the residents and guests. At the marina, which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide.
Kitchen: oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, iron/ironing board.
Lounge: 3x settees, LCD, cable tv, veranda with pool view and table and 4 chairs.
Bedroom: double bed, full en-suite with bath, pool view and air conditioning.

Bathroom: with shower.
Roof Terrace: private with 4x sun loungers, BBQ (charcoal), patio furniture, dining table with 6 chairs.

"We have stayed with Clever details many times & find the service excellent. This property was in a fantastic location, great security & the apartment itself was lovely. We were there 8 days and didn?t get a towel change though, it was ok because we had a washing machine but for the price & duration I would have thought that we should have had fresh towels, they could also do with updating the towels as they were like razors. The clever details service is excellent as always "

"Again we had a fantastic stay in this great apartment in a great location and the only reason we have marked it down on the two area's were: Wardrobe in main bedroom needs fixing ( doors not sliding properly ) and all drawers in bedside tables/chest of drawers difficult to slide open with a lot of handles loose and easily pulled off. Apartment very clean but feel that over a week it would benefit from two cleans and one fresh change of bedding Some champagne flutes would be a nice addition for birthday/anniversary celebrations Kind Regards Ian"

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay once again - the neutral marking on cleaning and laundry reflects the number of times that a service was provided - on our previous visit cleaning took place at least twice a week. That said the apartment was very clean on arrival and it was very well equipped. Wardrobe and drawer space would be a problem if both rooms were occupied. This is because the wardrobes are used to store linen. Chests of drawers in each room were not really functional - missing handles and poor quality etc. Regards Rosie and Neil"
