Prime location: Private 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa, close to bars and restaurant, and an easy 15 minutes walking distance to the marina, beach and nightlife.
CHILD FRIENDLY villa: FREE cot & high chair, pool gated.
This 4 bedroom south facing villa with private swimming pool, BBQ and terrace overlooking the second par-4 tee of the Pinhal Golf Course. Equipped with air conditioning, LCD, Wireless. Few minutes walking to the marina where you will find restaurants, bars and the beach.
This self-catering villa to a high specification. It is situated in a quiet area of Vilamoura overlooking the Pinhal golf course. There are two suites upstairs and a two suite on the ground floor. Large living room and dining area with access to the pool area. Large full HD LCD screen with cable TV. Fully equipped large kitchen including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
GROUND FLOOR
Lounge: sofa, 3x Settes, LCD, Cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning and central heating, fireplace, access to the garden and pool.
Dining Room: dining table with seating for 10 people, air conditioning.
Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, hob, 2x fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.
Utility Room: washing machine, dryer machine, iron/iron board.
WC
Bedroom: double bed, en-suite with bath, air conditioning, access to the garden and pool.
Bedroom: 3x single beds, en-suite with bath, air conditioning.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom: double bed, en-suite with bath, air conditioning, terrace with front pool and golf view.
Bedroom: twin beds, en-suite with bath, sofa bed, air conditioning, pool and golf view.
Outside area: garden, gated swimming pool( 9m x 5m) the depth is between 120cm - 220cm, and access is by roman steps, with poolside shower , dining table with 8 chairs, 8 sun loungers, BBQ, private car parking. The access to the pool area is all flat and level too.
The pool can be heated with an extra cost of 380 euros per week.
EXTRAS: Wifi, Tennis Table.
Safety equipment: smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide alarm, extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket.
Distances: Marina (1,5 km), Beach (1,5 km), Golf (2,8 km), Supermarket (1 km), Health club and SPA (2,8 km), Airport (25 km).

"Lovely villa with nice gardens and good sized pool. Decor a little dated but this does not detract. Generally very clean throughout. Good quality sheets and towels. Well-equipped but some items mismatched. Pool toys in shed by pool. Peaceful location amongst golf course fairways. Bit of a walk to marina but Quarteira is slightly closer. Clever Details responded promptly and efficiently in resolving minor issues. Cannot fault them. "

"The villa was absolutely lovely with everything you need, it was very clean and tidy, the bathrooms maybe could do with a bit of attention but were more than adequate, the location was beautiful we got very fit walking to the supermarket and Marina but it was a nice walk. We only had one small issue with maintenance one day but the man came very promptly and sorted it out, the meet and greet service was very helpful and the lady was lovely. And the transfers went smoothly and our driver was great! All in all we would definitely return as the villa, the people, the food,the area and Portugal was a real hit with all of us. see you soon :)"

"A few minor items I would have expected as standard we?re not provided such as salt and pepper, refuse sacks and a reasonable amount of washing up liquid (ours was watered down). Apart from that I was very pleased with the villa and the service provided. The transfer company and taxi?s had trouble finding the villa with the number given and I suggest you simply use No.39 Caminho do Corvo"
